Private one-on-one session with trainer.

In-home or in public.

Parents are not present but updated with videos and session notes.

One hour sessions. Sessions are booked at 1.5 hours to allow trainer travel time between sessions.

Trainer will provide transport if required for training, session will be booked at 2 hours but session is  1.5 hours.

If transport is more than 30 minutes total, a travel cost will be charged. Appropriate locations closest to pickup location will be used.
